This Terms of Service agreement is entered into between you, the user, and IE Tikhon Sokolov.
By installing the Searchable ChatGPT Extension, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Searchable ChatGPT Extension ("Extension").
Two versions of the Extension are offered:
Creating an account is not required to use the Extension. The authorization of the current user is made by built-in Chrome browser mechanisms. The user email address is used as an identifier.
Payment for the Paid Version is handled through Lemon Squeezy, LLC. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes associated with your subscription.
Lifetime license purchase is a one-time payment.
In case the extension is not working for you, you may request a refund within 7 days after purchase. The refunds are made to the original payment method. The refunds are handled through Lemon Squeezy, LLC. To request a refund, please contact refund+tikhon.picture@gmail.com.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the extension, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages.
These Terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate your use of the Extension at any time. We may terminate your use of the Extension, at our sole discretion, for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
